Custom Ordering Instructions
How to Make a Custom Order
Just 5 Steps
- Fill out the Your Order section
- If you have selected items from the Galleries, the treasure chest on the floating navbar will glow, click it and follow the steps to checkout.
- You can add custom ordered pieces in the Message box on the Inquiries page.
- If you prefer to mail your order you can use the this Printer Friendly Order Form
- Prices are listed in the Price Tables.
- Add portrait fee for each portrait item, mail or email your photos. The fees are listed at the end of respective Prices Table. We return mailed photos with your shipment
- VA orders require 5% sales tax.
- Add shipping, see Shipping table, (Outside USA 48 states may require additional shipping, best to contact us)
- Fill out the Your Info section
- Your phone number or EMail is important with custom art. We want to get it just right!
- Be sure to indicate Gift Orders, and your receipt will be sent separately from the package.
- Include shipping address if different, or if you have a PO BOX please include a street address, see Delivery
- Fill out the Your Payment section
- We accept credit cards, checks & money orders (US funds)

- Include any addtional descriptive information, special markings, typical poses, favoite toy, etc. Go ahead, it is Okay. Custom work is our specialty. Make it special!

Delivery
- Most orders are shipped UPS ground, or USPS First Class for small items, in the 48 contiguous US states
- Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and overseas order may require additions shipping and duty, send standard shipping and we will bill you for the additional charges or contact us in advance.
- Special delivery is available, but please remember that these are not stock items, each piece is made just for you. Allow 4 weeks for your order unless the items ordered are featured on the Gallery.
